OZlander Virtual Yarns - FAQs

 

Q: How many attendees will be allowed per chat?

A: Chats will consist of ONE (1) actor, and a maximum of10 attendees and two (2) Ozlander Team moderators.

 

Q: Can I purchase multiple tickets for the same actor in one transaction? I.e. 3 Richard Rankin tickets in one transaction?

A: No.  Each ticket must have the email address and corresponding name of the attendee to which the unique zoom link will be sent.  Trybooking will only allow the selection of one ticket per actor in any given transaction.

 

If you want to buy a ticket for a friend you must complete a separate transaction using your friends name and email address.

 

Q: Can more than one actor’s ticket be purchased in one transaction?

A: Yes.  For instance, you can purchase a Sophie Skelton and John Bell ticket in one transaction.  The email address provided will receive unique zoom links to correlate to the actor chosen.

 

Q: Can I make purchases on behalf of someone else?

A: Yes, but it will need to be a separate transaction with the actual attendees name and email address provided in order to ensure that unique zoom links are sent to person.

 

Q: Can I contact the Ozlander team via Facebook to keep me up to date with my ticket details and how to access the Zoom link?

A: It is imperative the email address used to book a Virtual Yarn ticket is operable and accessible by the attendee.  All information relating to the use of Zoom will be direct with the supplied email address.  Although the Ozlander team are active on social media, no response to email address queries via social media will be able to be actioned.

 

Q: How long will the chat go for?

A: Chats will run for no less than 30 minutes

 

Q: Will the chat be moderated?

A: Yes, chats will have a maximum of two (2) moderators online as support

 

Q: What software will be used?

A: Chats will occur on the Zoom App

 

Q: What is the ticket price range?

A: Tickets will cost will range between $100.00 and $150.00.

 

Q: If there are tech issues, what are my refund/exchange options?

A: No refunds/exchanges. Depending on circumstance every effort will be made to remedy the situation.

 

Q: When will tickets go on-sale?

A: Ticket sales will occur as often as agreements are in place, on a random basis.

 

Q: Can I bring a friend to the chat?

A: No, one ticket is valid for ONE attendee.

 

Q: Can I take photos or record the chat?

A: No. Photos, screenshots or video recording on any appliance is not allowed.  If anyone is found to be taking photos, screenshots or any type of recording THEY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE SESSION WITH NO RECOURSE.

 

Q: How will I access the chat?

A: After purchasing a ticket, you will be provided a unique link, given a password & instructions to enter the chat.  Under no circumstances should the link be shared with anyone else.
